prices for my dates went down some more today. I decided to book and see if they creep down anymore. I got an economy for $167 for 1/31-2/7, using the Costco ID and the $30 off coupon.

Thanks for the update! I rebooked our Alamo reservation for a full sized car 1/16-1/21 for $123 using the costco code. It was originally booked at $228!

I am at $210 for an Alamo midsize for 1/9-1/18 using Costco code and $30 coupon.

Today it would actually be $7 higher.

Still waiting for a lower price!

Craziness! I just cut my price of $235 literally in half. Standard (Full size) with Alamo Jan 17-24 $118.67 all inclusive. That's so cheap! Even a minivan was $250! I am a Costco member, used the codes you listed! Thanks

Mine went down another $22 so I'm at $200 for a midsize 1/4 - 1/10. I'm not a Costco member so I'm using the Alamo insider and a VISA code. Pretty happy since I started at $358. This car rental stuff is CRAZY!

The prices are pretty low for January and only getting lower. I personally wouldn't bother with Priceline for a January trip. Alamo has been great to us in the past, they are right in the airport and their prices are really good for January right now. What are your dates? Do you have a BJ's Costco or Sams club membership? Do you have an Entertainment Book (contains coupons)?

Has anyone used autoslash dot com? You input your current reservation number and they say they'll track it and let you know if prices drop. I just input my reservation to their system... I'll let you know if they find me a better price.

UGHH! My dates are 1/1-1/8/15. The cheapest I can find at Alamo is $323.00 for a full size car. I used the costco code and the $30 off. Sure hope the price drops soon!

Tried to enter the above for a rental from MCO 12/26 to 1/5 and got the following:

Alamo prices just dropped for our dates (1/9-1/18). With the Costco code and $30 coupon we are now at $167 for a full size car. That's $43 less than just a couple days ago!
