Can you guys tell me what coupon codes you are using for Alamo? I am getting a high price. I need a car 1/8-1/14. Thanks!

I'm using Costco ID 7014627 plus coupon code AD2338FDF, as well as the Alamo Insider's discount.

I've been rebooking twice a day, because the prices keep nudging down.

We're looking at flying into Tampa again this year because of better flight availability.
Originally had a Compact booked for our Jan 11-25 vacation @$392 taxes incl.
Just checked today and the rates are way down, best price going is for a Quad cab pickup truck for $236 taxes incl.The Compact that we had booked has dropped to $277. I reserved both and will think about which we really want. Usually just grab something midsize (and cheap) but bigger is cheap right now. I'm sure we will use more than the $40 difference in the rental on fuel but might be nice to try something like this for a change.
Anyone have any experience renting something like this? It says Dodge Ram 1500 Quad cab or equivalent, what has anyone seen on the Alamo lots as far as pickup trucks go.

Craziness! I just cut my price of $235 literally in half. Standard (Full size) with Alamo Jan 17-24 $118.67 all inclusive. That's so cheap! Even a minivan was $250! I am a Costco member, used the codes you listed! Thanks

Checked today and with the Costco ID 7014627 plus coupon code AD2338FDF, as well as the Alamo Insider's discount my standard car price is still at $118 but the minivan went down to $195. My kids love to have a minivan so I'm keeping both reservations until I decide!

Just curious, how are you able to get use the Costco code and the insiders deal? Every time I click on the insiders deal, it takes out the code for Costco so I can't apply both. Am I missing something here? I appreciate the help. My days are 1/6-1/11 for standard car. I was able to apply the Costco discount/$30 coupon, but not seeing where I have the option to get the 5% off or upgrade. I am getting a price of $139.24.

The system only lets you use one coupon or code at a time, but if you log into your Alamo Insider's account when requesting a quote, you should get about 10% off in addition to the Costco and coupon discounts. So, right now, with all three of these discounts, I'm seeing a rate of $118.89 for your dates.

Still not able to get that rate. I even called Alamo and she said that I wouldn't be able to get the Insider Rate for those two coupon codes. What are you plugging in order to get that additional disco

What if the previous poster enters your name and email address to secure the reservation for you? Do you think that would work?

Hey guys, I'm traveling 1/27-2/2 and I was using the Costco discount codes and got my rental down to $150! I wasn't able to book and the next day (this was two days ago) the price skyrocketed to $265! Has anyone else experienced this? I'm super confused. Thanks!

Yes, sometimes the prices change from hour to hour. Keep checking and hopefully they'll go back down. But when you find a good rate, book it because who knows how long it'll last!

You probably could do that, I guess I am just confused as to why it will do it for some and not others. I tried again today and got the same result. I tried creating a new user as well to see if that had anything to do with it, but it still would only apply the costco rate + $30.00 off coupon. Definitely strange!

I always thought it was one or the other too. Whenever I sign in as an insider I get the same price as when I put in a code because the code is a bigger discount.

The $30 coupon is for a rental longer than 5 days and requires a Saturday night
