has anyone ever tried or heard anything about this? It is one of those "cleanse" things for your body to help you lose weight. I know of a few guys that have tried it and have lost weight....just wondering if there are any women that have used it? Results?

I know of a woman that did it and she lost a good deal of weight.

Never heard of it but products that claim to "cleanse" are a total scam.

I used it. I lost 8 lbs on the 9 day cleanse and kept it off. I am going to Disney next week but when I return I am going to do the 30 day cleanse.

It is not a scam. I know someone who lost over 65 lbs.

Personally - I lost the weight I wanted to lose, have more energy and love the product.

If you want more information you can PM me.

I am on the Isagenix program to lose weight.
I have lost 18.6 lbs. and feel great.
I have 20-30 lbs. to go.
I find the 30 program is easier than the 9 day program.
The products are 100% organic, and I feel better after a cleanse day.
However this is just my opinion.

Curious why the 9 days is harder than the 30? Is it a different regimen?

9 day=2 cleanse days in a row; 5 shake days; then two more cleanse days.

30 day=one cleanse day a week.

Some find that cleanssing two days in a row is difficult. I found it to be okay. But that would be tough regimin to keep up week after week.

I was doing the 9 day with the 30 day program and extra cleanse.
I wound up falling off the wagon and pigging out.
I gained 10 pounds back and finally got myself back on track doing the 30 day program.:thumbsup2
Think about it this way the 9 day program has you only eating 5 out of those 9 days. If you do this for too long it is bound to backfire.
Also there is a maintenance program so you can maintain the weight loss.
Since the products are 100% organic, and ensures I get all the vitamins and minerals my body needs I plan to use the maintenance program after I am done losing my weight. :)

How do you manage to choke down that god awful Ionix Supreme? I don't think I can drink that again.

Not a fan ..we tried it, and yes, we did drop pounds during the 9 days ...then went into the 30 day plan ..get boring, boring, boring with the shakes, etc.

Then the sales pressure started..it was like a pyramid scheme ...they want you to sell, sell, sell ... we said bye bye bye ...

For us, we've come to realize that weight watchers with the best plan for us becuase it allows you to eat what you want and teaches portion control ...which is the key element we needed for our weight loss

Over the years we've tried a lot of the different diets ...anything that took our life of the norm eventually failed ...

This program is expensive ...I don't recommend it.

I have NEVER been pressured to sell. Isagenix has never contacted me personally. The person who got me started has never put pressure on me. I can order directly through Isagenix at wholesale prices and never sell a thing.

Isagenix is under $10 a day. This is not expensive considering it replaces two meals. Where can you get two meals a day for less than $10.

Would someone please explain the program-I get the cleanse part? Is this a liquid diet? My husband needs to lose weight and I'm trying to find a program for him. TIA

basically - there are "shake" days and "cleanse" days.

On the shake days - 2 shakes and one sensible meal

On the cleanse days - drink 4 oz of cleanse for life 4 times a day. If you need to you can have a small salad or some raw fruits and vegetables.

nine day cleanse - 2 pre-cleanse (shake days) days before starting the 9 day. Then 2 cleanse days - then 5 shake days - ending with two cleanse days.

30 day cleanse - 1 cleanse days a week - the rest are shake days.

Isagenix is not a liquid diet. It is a nutritional cleanse program that has the side effect of rapid, safe weight loss.

I will be adding videos to my blog that explain the system - http://isagenix-mom2threets.blogspot.com/

The plan will work because you're essentially "eating" about 1000 calories a day. Whether it works better than say, SlimFast, is another question. I'm sure there are those that will swear by both!

I made it through Day 1. The only thing I really had an issue with was the Ionix Supreme. I really DO NOT think I can swallow that every day.

Do any of the products make you feel like you're on speed or feel jittery?

I've only done it the one day so far, but no. Not that I've encountered. They say right on them that they don't include ephedra, ma huang (sp?), etc.

I have high blood pressure, so that would be a concern for me as well.

absolutely not. :)

Thank-you both for the information. I take medication for my thyroid as does my husband and I didn't want anything that would make him uncomfortable.
I'll talk to him about it this afternoon.
