Index Cards - what to write on them for daily schedules?

I have heard some people have index cards that they write information on, can someone help me on the important information I may need to note on them.

We had a group of 8 with varying ages so we asked that they spend the morning with us and meet for ADR's. We also wanted them to have the benefits of our knowledge in the evening when we were seperate so this is what I came up with:

This is one side with all the ADR info.

This is the other side with all park hours, underlined park is where we are spending our day. M & E indicate morning and evening crowd levels.

Top card is touring plan for that park - you just pulled the one you needed for that day. The second is just ADR overview.

As you can see, I like having a LOT of information at hand. If you can read small fonts and know how to maximize use of space, all of this info can fit on half of a letter sized sheet of paper. Right now I'm leaning towards making a booklet, however.
