Hi everyone!!
Busy Monday here so far. Delena and I had a playgroup meet up at this gymnastics place. So much fun. They had this huge foam block pit that she loved. And did a little shopping at Target. Nothing for me, but found some stuff for Delena's cousins on the clearance racks.
My most exciting news today is that I wore a pair of Size 10 jeans today!! I could not believe they fit. They were a pair from my BFF and i only put them on today because I was out of clean clothes. When I tried them on a month ago they were no where close to fitting. I have not lost much weight since then, so it must be in inches. Hopefully it will show up on the scale soon.
Challenge goals for me:
Exercise: 1200 minutes. (probably a little low, but I based it off of what I have done the last month or two)
Water: 64 oz a day at least. I need to be held accountable on this. I always go off track on the weekends.
Weight loss: Get below 180
No tracking or no booze wagon this time around.
Liz-Sounds like your st patricks day will be a blast! I had my corned beef this weekend. It was good!! We'll probably go to a local outdoor celebration tomorrow so I can get some more guiness!!
Erika- Hope you are getting some sleep!!
