I would assume that there would be ice machines available on the Inn side of BW.
I've been to Hersheypark many times and it can get hot there. But remember that they are not many places in Hersheypark to cool off. In all of the Disney parks you have air-conditioned rides, lots of gift shops, theatres and even outdoor areas that are shaded (even some with the fans with water misted through them), so it is easier to stay cool in WDW in August than Hershey, Pennsylvania in April!!!!!!
Don't get me wrong, it will be hot in August at WDW, but stay calm and try not to overdo, and most importantly, stay hydrated - one cup of water per hour at least!!!!
