I want to rent points

I am interested in renting points for BCV studio for July 29th to Aug. 3.
I think I need 106 points if I understand correctly.
I have a few questions:
1. Is is really safe to rent? What risk will I be taking?
Can the member cancel my ressies after I have paid in full?
How does it work exactly? What safeguards do I have?

2. Is there availibility?

3. Housekeeping? I understand you only get towels and trash every 3 days. What do you do with dirty towels and how do you get clean ones or don't you? If the trash needs to go out, what do you do? 3 days seems like a long time. How much to get full service housekeeping everyday?

4. Is it possible to get points for $8.00 a point? I really need to get a deal. I think I am ready to do this. Just the last few details.

You get trash and towels every four days. In the mean time, you hang up your towels. Depending on the size of unit you get, you either get 4 towels (studio or 1 bedroom) or 8 towels (2 bedroom). Full daily cleaning runs about $25/day for a studio.

There are locations to take your trash if you create a lot.

After having looked over everything, I now only need 56 points for BCV from Aug 3 to Aug 7th. for a studio.
Is anyone interested in renting them?

Also,
I am now seeing that 8.00 a point is low. I am really new at this and am now understanding more.
