You don't want to use the Replace Card option then, you want to select the charge and use the "Report a problem" button. However the option for "I did not make this charge" isn't showing on my Ink card like it does on the personal cards. So you still may need to call to report fraud.I've noticed some attempted charges that I didn't make so I wanted to get the main card replaced. I made the request via SM to see if they can do it.
I'm using the Android app and can select my Ink and start Replace Card under Manage Account. But the only options are lost, damaged, or never received. The only place I've seen the fraud option is reporting a transaction. That kicked off the fraud steps to cancel the card and reverse any unauthorized charges. (But, knock wood, that's only been on personal cards so far.)
