Rise is often a walk on the last hour or so of park open (when everyone is at Fantasmic), IME.

7 Dwarfs: get in line around fireworks time.

The others: I just pay. Or you could always try the “get in line right before park close” trick. The line will always look longer (and claim to be longer) than it actually is.

Can you hold LLMP and LLSP at the same time? In other words, can I book my LLMP 7 days in advance, and buy LLSP when I enter the park without having used my LLMP selections? For example, I book Slinky (tier 1) and ToT and TSM 7 days before arrival then buy RotR when I enter the park?

Yes, you can buy ROTR if it's still available on the day of.

It is two separate transactions, but yes. Buy the LLMP first bc it’s harder to get good rides/times than LLSP. Go back and do the LLSP after you have done MP for the whole trip.

You can do it as one transaction if you want.

Just a heads up that if you choose to wait to purchase LLSP for attractions such as Rise or Tron, until day I’of, you risk them being sold out, or getting very late return times.
