4 day park hopper, 600.00

Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party Tickets
1-Day Park-to-Park Universal Orlando Tickets (Comped through a friend who works there)
Gas Money - (No Flights - Driving 5 hours each way)

=$5,290.64

Plus spending money. I plan on bringing $1,000 for myself. Not sure what the other two are budgeting for.

I'm also waiting for the military discounted resort room rates to go into effect over the summer. Once they are, I am hoping to upgrade us to two Standard rooms at Port Orleans French Quarter! :goodvibes

We are booked from
8/22 to 9/5 for 14 nights may add 2 nights RO
2 adults 1 Disney adult kid, 1 kid
POP Standard Room
Free QSDP
7 day MYW with WP&F

Flights SW hasn't come out yet Im guessing 1200-1500.

Dh is getting a Richard Petty Rookie experience that is 466.00. He is actually getting it as a Christmas gift. So I shouldn't even count that one. Girls can choose between PL or BBB. Then we will do the pirates and Pal Cruise and MNSSHP if they have it early again for 2015. Plus if we upgrade the dining plan we will probably just choose a moderate. We have done the QSDP the past few years because it just works better for us. But after using the FP+ the past 2 years it wouldn't really make a difference if we made a dinner or lunch reservation.

I'm thinking about $8000

1 baby
11 nights at csr
3 nights at WL studio

I'm being generous with # as I'd rather have more than less.

We are doing 3 trips within 12 months. 2 adults and 3 kids.

First was November 2014 8 days - Spend $4,028 to stay at AoA with free dining and 8 day pass. Upgraded to AP while we there for an additional $1600. Flights were $25 with SW miles!

April 2015 - 8 days - Dolphin Hotel on Starpoints. $161 in fees, $55 in airline fees. Flights on SW miles. $175 for shuttle to and from airport (with stop at grocery store for lunch and breakfast foods) 2 ADRS booked and other dinners will be QS. Budgeting $700 for food.

August 2015 - 8 days at the Polynesian. $1567. Will book flights with SW points ($55) Budgeting $700-800 for food. Also using credit card rewards to cover about $500 in expenses.

We're sharing a room with my bff (an ASMu suite) and she's paying 1/3 of the room costs. What we're looking at:

Room: $1000 for our share
Park tickets: should be able to pay for at least one with AM, but if we can't we're looking at about $900 for 2 adult and 1 child 5-day, no PH
flight: budgeting $1000 (2 kids [my youngest is a kid to fly, but not for Disney], 2 adults), if it's more than that we may suck it up and drive
DP: $850 (but I'm hoping it'll be free dining and we'll upgrade from QSDP to the regular one for $250)
Extras (memory maker, MNSSHP): $400
Extra spending money (gratuity, gifts, extras): $1000
= max $5150, possibly as low as $3500 (if we drive, get the AM pass and manage free dining).

Just realized I didn't add my own breakdown details...(duh) ok....

3, 5 day hopper tix 341.00x3=1026.00+upgrade for 2=100.00 total 1126.00
Dolphin 8 nites = 185.00 ( redeem points)
Food budget 1300.00 oop
Dog sitting+ airport parking
Airfare for 4=40.00(?) fees...(redeem points)
Total still about 2980.00-13 days total-this is approximate,as food budget could be over/under

approx. 1120.00 for our 3 tix( upgrade 2 of them)
food budget for 3 is 1200.00(will likely be less)
airport parking is 35.00(dog sitting -0- thanks ds1)
airfare is 50.00 total
Universal tix with shuttle for 2 days is 660.00
Redeem 'cashback' for travel -650.00 (cost of Universal):cool1:
so total is 2734 for 13 days.:cool1: I'm a little detail obsessed....:rotfl2:

I am a bit obsessive and my projected total is $11,136.93 :guilty:. This includes everything from flights for 5, YC, dining plan, boarding the dog, food at airport, etc. I tried to over-estimate everything so that, if anything, we have money left over when we come back.

I am hoping that when the discounts for the fall come out that will knock $800-1000 off the package price. I have about $800 in cash back from credit cards earmarked to cover some of the airplane costs, and I have made over $500 in my buying of discounted Target cards and using them to buy discounted Disney cards, plus a few other deals.

I have been saving since we came back from our trip Oct 2013 and have a set budget to have the everything paid off before we leave.

About $2,100. $389 for hopper for my fiance. $0 for my tickets (AP - considered that price on previous 2 trips). $500 projected for airfare but would like to spend less. About $700 for hotel and $500 for food! Hoping for an AP room only discount so we can keep it at/around $2,000 :)

August 29-September 5
3 adults and an infant

Beach Club 7 nights with 6 day tickets- $2500
Air from Louisville Kentucky- $600
Food- $1000
Souvenirs and tips- $200

Total- $4300
