How Much is your 2015 Vacation going to cost you?

January 4-9----SSR DVC Points

airfare for 2-600dollars---we upgraded to first class after we used our 500 dollar voucher
TIW card for meals, Im estimating 500 dollars for food
AP Still good so no cost for tickets.

total cost-1100 dollars (prob less because we will get disney gift cards for christmas)

Doing a budget trip in Jan.

Air $320

Preferred room at ASMovies for 5 nights $470

Tickets $0 I bought a AP in March and have already hit the number of days that would have equaled the price of the AP

Tours $120

Food approx. $150 I take allergy safe breakfast items, have 3 ADR's but none are Signatures (should be around $90) and then the rest for a few CS and maybe 1 snack per day.

With souvenirs maybe $1000 tops

(this will be slightly offset by $80 in Visa Rewards and $150 Disney Gift Card incentive program at work).

Doing a Deluxe trip in October at WL.

4 nights deluxe (booked a bounce back room only), Oct airfare, at least 2 ADR's for two and usually one splurge event

I had almost this same trip plan this year and it was around $2300, including air fare (my portion was closer to $1500 as I took my mom and she wanted to cover some of the expense) So I figure it will be about the same next year if not a little more depending on price increases and whatever ADR/extra event we choose.

$2,500 - 5 nights Coronado Springs with 5 day park hoppers, and DDP
$485 - 2 nights at Universal's Hard Rock Hotel (with unlimited Express Passes - YAY!)
$512 - 3 day Park-to-Park tickets for Universal
______

$250 - gas (driving from Indy to Florida and back, with gas at 3.5/gallon)
$200 - hotels - one on the way to Florida, one on the way home
______
$3947, plus food at Universal, souvenirs, road food on the drive, and donation to the Naval Flight Museum that we're stopping at for a day along the way down. :)

We are going January 17-25. For two "adults" (honestly, we're only cleverly disguised as a responsible adults) it is going to be:

8 Nights, Beach Club GV room.
Disney Dining Plan
7 Day Park Hoppers
.... $4,094.44

JetBlue airline tickets:
.... $418.68

Est. budget for souvenirs & other miscellaneous things:
.... $400.00

Memory Maker
.... $149.00

Total: $5062.12.

I had a PIN/Unique offer code that was a little cheaper than the 30% off/Late Winter Room offer and I purchased my airline ticket using JetBlue points. We'll likely increase the number days on the ticket as we initially thought we'd be going over to the dark side using a friend's comp tickets, but it doesn't look like that will be happening. Which I am perfectly happy with. More Disney time for us. I also grabbed the MM before the pre-purchase price went up. I'm now in the 30 day window and can't wait.

May 26-June 3 (WDW and Sea World/Aquatica)

2 adults, 1 child

-5 nights Pop Century Resort w/ 6 day base ticket and memory maker
(25% off pin code) $1725

-3 night Sea World/Aquatica package at Fairfield Inn and Suites (w/ free all-day dine for both parks) $641

-Gas (we are driving) $200

TOTAL: $3566

*I have been using My Target Red Card to purchase Disney gift cards at 5% off to pay for the majority of my trip I also took advantage of their Black Friday deal by purchasing $300 of Target gift cards at 10% off and then using those to buy Disney cards. In all, the savings have been about $160 :)

We'll my husband hates disney but doesn't mind if I take the kids, as long as it's not super expensive...I kind of pushed it to the limit this year and with prices increasing, who knows when we can go again. Especially since DS will turn 10 this year...

Myself and DS 9 and DD 6
January 15-20, SPD offer
5 nights at POFQ, 5 day park hopper, regular dining plan and memory maker...~$2600

That doesn't include gas, food while traveling or souvenir $$. The kids are getting disney gift cards from the grandparents for Christmas, so hopefully the souvenir spending won't be bad!

We're going for 9 nights in June..

Roundtrip flight from PHL/MCO: $60 (first class tickets free with miles, but $60 OOP for taxes)

2BR savannah view at AKV: $6,300 (rented points)

Tickets: $0, renewed our AP in November

Food: $1,000 budgeted but rarely spend more than $800

Spending Money: $700 but rarely spend more than $300 (we go twice per year and I find it silly to buy a lot of stuff).

Total: $8,060

This is our most expensive trip yet!

2 adults and 3 kids (turning 17 on trip, 16, and 11)
Dec 18 2015 thru Jan 4, 2016
Fort Wilderness Tent Site (may change to Caribbean Beach or Port Orleans Riverside when discounts for that time frame are released)
10 day hoppers with water parks and more
Deluxe dining
Gas for car

Approx. $11000.00!!!!

That extra "adult" and being Holiday season is really a killer! needless to say, things may change depending on how well we save up to the 45 day mark though...

Going for a week December 5-11 BLT/VWL. 2 adults. We own DVC so our OOP costs will be AP's and food. We always budget $100/day for food though we rarely use that much per day. And our passes are going to be used for three trips in that 12 month span so I'm dividing the cost by 3. So around $1000 cash (though we've already gotten quite a few Disney giftcards to defray the costs so it will be less).

Going jan 30th to feb 6.

Airfare for 2 with delta was 606.00
7 nights at all star movies is 519.00
Food 500.00
odds and ends 350.00

So right around 2000.00 and thats with free admission to the park and a cm discount on the room.

Booked end of Februaury (7 days, six nights)
3 adults, 1 child
5 Park days-No Hopper (I never found them to be necessary!)
Pop Century Standard Room
Quick Service Dining plan
Free Airfare (husband is a pilot for American, otherwise we'd be driving!)
$100.00 off package price

=$2450.00

And I suppose about $100.00 on souvenirs and Starbucks!

Solo trip, split stay... first time to WDW but go to DLR a few times a year

3 nights, POP (standard room) with ten day park hopper
8 nights, Beach Club (garden view)
$ 3,103.83

Flight
$ 0 (booked using SWA points)

Budgeting $50 a day for food. Will bring cereal for the morning and snacks.
$500

Survivors/etc/etc $400

Total $ 4,003.86

We were given a $250 Visa gift card at work, which I hope to be able to not use until my trip at the end of Jan/start of Feb. If I can save it, my out of pocket cost will drop by that.

$1054.00
3 days and 3 nights in a pool view room at Pop Century and 3 day FL resident hopper passes for myself, hubby, and son!

I forgot to add Memory Maker in that, so add another $169.00 to that total....$1223.00 is the grand total...not bad I suppose.

I haven't tacked on food cost yet, but I've got some "free money" (vacation pay) I'm going to use for that. This year is was over $400....so whatever it is next year will be used for food! :goodvibes

We booked 3 weeks in May 2015 , 2 adults 1 kid (3 1/2)

Flights (from Switzerland)
Car
Miami Hotel + activities
Naples Hotel + activities
Universal (park tickets + Hotel Loews Pacific)
Villa rental + activities
Disney (BC , CL Deluxe Room, Memory maker, Dining Plan)

Total USD 17k :eek::eek::eek:

LOTS of savings I can tell you........

2 Adults, 2 teens (8/20/15)
7 nights at YC
5 day park tix w/ water parks and fun
Free Dining

$4,146

4 RT Flights on points SW (cost without points $1,200)

Souvenirs/Other $500

Total OOP: $4,646
If had to pay for flights: $5,846

Of course we only paid the deposit and could push it off to 2016, or even 2017 based on all the construction. Not sure how may more trips we have in us with teens and may want to maximize the trip by waiting for Disney Springs, Avatar and of course all the unannounced Star Wars and Toy Story attractions.;)
