How much is the Toll??

You can do it reasonably for seventy five cents, if you don't mind the dreaded I-4.

Take the airport north entrance, left at first light (Frontage), curve to left, just over a mile to next light where you take two quick lefts, gets you on 528 (Beach line fka Bee Line). Toll booth comes a little later, no worries about exact change. Then get on I-4 west. Disney exits will appear shortly.

Returning to airport watch carefully to get on I-4 East, then get onto 528 east, get off 528 at its exit 9 Tradeport. Left at bottom of ramp, cross under, cheap gas station right there to top off, get into middle lane, required right onto McCoy, just over a mile to next light (Semoran) and right is the airport entrance.

I believe the Beach line (Bee line) is $1.50 total (if you get on right at the airport, 2 @.75. The way Seashore CM is sending you avoids 1 toll booth at the expense of using a couple of side roads.

If you opt for 417 the toll from MCO is around $3.00

I wouldn't risk it. They have gotten pretty good at tracking down toll evaders in most states. They have your driver's license and your contact information to link you to being responsible for the vehicle at a given time and can easily go after you.

On 417, you really can't skip the toll, the booths are manned (two $1 stops to exit 6).

I would take 417 and avoid the traffic on the Beach Line and I-4. The main booths are manned so no problems. They will allow an occasional no pay but they do have cameras that snap the license plate if you don't pay so they can catch up with you.

I would recommend the 417(Greenway)as this road is MUCH calmer than the Beeline. For the $2+ in tolls, it's well worth it. As other posters said, there are 2 $1 tolls, and there are some $.50 tolls on some of the exits/onramps. I'd plan on having a few quarters as these little side tolls are not always manned booths.

I'd definitely do the 417. Not much traffic & less than 30 min. drive. I know the very last exit is 50 cents and correct change only. One time we did not have so we went through, but made sure on next visit we had correct change. I think the return in only one toll of $1.
