How does this sound for day one of trip?

Would love input on first day itinerary. Please be honest!!

Leave upstate ny at 6am

flight due in orlando at 10:42 am

drive to walmart for snacks, etc

quick lite lunch on the way to Pop Century

Check in at Pop

take quick swim...(we never see hot in upstate NY!!)

nice long nap!!!!!!!!

dinner at beaches n cream, then off to poly beach to watch water pagent

after water pagent head to MK for e-ride night

Cast: Myself DM 33, DD 9 & DD 8

The only thing I am not real sure of is all the transportation. I will have a rental car. Would love any opinions!

Sounds like a plan to me! As far as transportation goes, I'd use Disney Transport for everything except obviously your Walmart trip. Have a great time!! Unfortunately living in the south we DO know what hot is!

The only snag I see is that you must have used a day of a pass to be eligible for e-night. If you have APs or UMPs, you'll be OK.

I have a length of stay pass, I booked the 5 for 2 package, so I do think I will be okay for the e-ride night. But thanks for the heads up. 6 days!!!!!

Sounds like you're all set! Have a great time! I've always wanted to do e-night, but we've always gone in the off season when they don't have them.

Sounds like a great plan to me! Sounds like you will have a relaxing first day with the swim and the nap. You also will not have to fight the lines b/c you will be using e-Nights. I love e-Nights. Don't know if you have used them before or not, but if not, you will most likely love them too.

And I have to agree with you, cooldisneymom! I also live in the south. I don't even know what cold weather feels like?!
