Why does Grand Floridian usually have decent availability?

I think it is probably true that many are not staying there because of construction/lack of gingerbread at Christmas, but honestly it’s probably a great year to stay there because you will have less people from outside coming to visit.
Having stayed there just recently, I can state anecdotally that the passers-through still visit the lobby. Not everyone is doing a deep dive in their Disney Research.

Both are often very spotty if not gone by the 7 month window - at least, the resort views of each. I'm not sure which goes first during the owner's priority window, my guess is probably the deluxe studios chiefly because there are fewer of them.

Having stayed in both I like the VGF building better but the BPK studios are overall better rooms.

Deluxe go faster than resort…but there are a lot more resort ones.

Certainly times they are all gone quickly!

Was just there to shop and I agree.,,still busy!

Would I be correct in saying that June is pretty easy to find for a 2BR villa at 7 months? I ask because I've looked at the availability tool and watched some YouTube videos and they seem to indicate as such.
