I just checked the website. It's still says process. I'm so sorry this is taking so long :(
 
We have 2 that were ordered on the 9th. Any news about them shipping yet?
Once those get going, hopefully the rest will move quickly.
 
I checked mine this morning and it still says "in process" :confused3 I think that the BAB exchange will end before this one.
 
I think they will all end before this one :rotfl:
Hopefully everyone will get their packages to enjoy the holiday scents before the holidays are over ::yes:: :rolleyes:
 

One of the 9th shippers checking in. I finally got through to a live person and they are shipping the 8th orders today! Hopefully, fingers crossed, tomorrow will see the 9th packages going out. I will check in as soon as I get home tmw afternoon on the staus.

We're hoping those ordered the 9th will ship tomorrow....and then hopefully things will start moving faster.

I have to say that when I got this email 30 seconds ago, I seriously had to hold back a scream since it is 6:09 am and my DS is still sleeping. I am so mad about that!!! Grr!!!!!

I can only imagine how frustrating this is .....not only for us, but all the people placing holiday orders :rolleyes:
 
Well mine did not ship today :( I had to get a new laptop this afternoon when I got off work so I was unable to call during business hours. I will be calling in the am to find out.
