Well I just talked to yankee candle and it would seem they are in the first week of november on shipping now. So hopefully within the next week we will see the orders we placed shipped.

In my info to Meriweather, I always put not to give me votives because I have no holders. Now I do!!!!!!! Woo hoo!!!!!!!!

I think YC is taking WAY longer than usual.
Someone called and said they were told they were shipping the orders placed the first week of Dec. Hopefully that will go quickly and they can get to all of ours.
Everyone is in the same situation, so don't fret. Nothing we can do about it.

I know I will never order from their website again (mine was ordered 16 days ago on November 9th and it still says in process makes me very angry I could have driven shopped and gotten in there weeks ago at this point but I was paranoid about things being broken I figured they may be slower but I bet they gurantee it if it is broken during shipment from them? (by the way I took mine into the store today because someone said theirs was replaced... they told me not their problem. guess I have a less friendly store although I don;t blame them it is the Post Offices fault)

Did everyone get a refund on shipping? I mean those that ordered from the website? I know they said that was what they were doing for those who are still waiting for their orders to ship. I am also very frustrated with the way they handled this. Had I been closer to a yankee candle store I wouldn't have to use online at all. Oh well they will get shipped eventually, I just hope sooner than later.

This has been a lot worse than any other time we have had the exchange....and we always do one this time of year. Some one along the way really messed up. Hopefully they will compensate with free postage and expediated mailing when they do get around to it.

Yes, they do replace if orders are broken, but that is always slow too

I placed two orders, for myself (well, for gifts actually) , and on one I'm getting free shipping - so they say. On the other, they offered it, but I had FREE shipping already. I'm waiting for a reply on that one. Good Luck everyone!
