That is a shame. I am sure it is turning people against using them again.
We are always slow this time of year, but this is way slower than usual.
I am glad one arrived. I hope the others do soon. I wonder if yours shipped because you paid for the faster shipping :rotfl:
I suppose we won't hear anymore over the weekend....I would think if they are this backed up, they would keep getting them out over the weekend :confused: but I guess not.

I got my candle today from Kristen. It was broken when I opened it :sad2: I can't believe it broke because she wrapped it extremely well! I just took it to my local Yankee Candle and they replaced it for me!

I am so sorry it was broken. I shipped and had the candle packaged by mailboxes etc. It should not of been damaged. I agree that the mail dellivery people are throwing them around very hard. I am sorry you had to make a special trip to get a new one. Thank goodness they replaced it for you. I hope you enjoy. Lesson learned with Mail boxes etc

I'm not sure what time zone they are in so maybe It was too early to check but mine still says In Process as of 8:17 Central time Monday ... this is 25 days and I am VERY unhappy I didn;t get a response to my last 2 e-mails either
 
We had one arrive.....I sure hope the others get going soon ::yes::

Okay guys they are still behind but please do call in. I got my money reimbursed for the FULL amout of the order, not just shipping. So it is worth the shot.
 
I will not be ordering online from them again. I cannot believe how horrible their customer service has been. I guess I am lucky that my order has arrived.
I paid with my debit card. When I checked on Friday I saw they had charged the full amount. The email they sent said they would refund the shipping when it shipped. I checked again this morning and there is a pending charge for the full amount again. I called this morning and finally spoke to someone after an hour and 19 minutes. She denied they would be refunding shipping and couldn't tell me anything about the pending charge. I asked for a supervisor and waited another 40 minutes until my cell phone battery died.
I am going to send an email and see what happens with that.
 
Wow. I can't believe just how horrible their service has been :( I'm so glad I bought mine in the store because I'd be going nuts right now I'd be so mad. I'm so sorry for all of you who ordered and are having to deal with this :hug:
 
Amy.....that is terrible!! Don't give up. Hopefully they do something worthy to make up for this mess.

Dania....I do hope they send everything out and reimburse the money spent. That would be good customer service....and right now, they need to do something to keep people coming back to them!!

I checked my credit card and my charges have been reversed :confused3 so now I don't know if my order is going to ship or not???? I would think not. I didn't call and cancel though.

I have some stuff I bought that I am going to pack up and mail to my recipient. I'll get that out tomorrow. I won't be ordering online from them again either.
 
When did you order yours? It is possible they may be reimbursing those that ordered on the 9th but don't take my word for it. Also about the charge showing up as full payment, my understanding from the conversation I had is that will be removed in full but I would call back & ask to directly speak to a manager if possible. I really think they have fallen behind so badly that is why we have such a long wait on getting through on the phone.
 
I ordered before I went on vacation, so it was the 15th of Nov.
 
I guess it is hard to tell anymore just what the heck they are doing :confused:
I hope we find something out soon.
