No it shouldn't. I wonder what their problem is? Lack of product? That's about the only thing. They can always hire more people if they are short handed.

I can't imagine....what if people ordered for presents that they need before Christmas!! :(

So we have only had one ship....I do hope that means they are getting close...and that they are shipping priority. That's the least they can do.
 
ohhh !! what time did you order it? I am afraid I made them mad with all my e-mails and they moved mine to the bottom of the November 9th pile ha ha

I ordered mine on the 10th and chose the $2 upgrade on shipping. I don't know if that makes a difference or not.
I looked up the tracking # on the UPS site and it is still showing as not valid.

ETA: I just looked at the email again and it shows the ship date as the 28th I would think that would show up on UPS by now.

I do think someone else did the upgraded shipping also. I think it was one of our 9th orders...but not sure.
 

Mine is still in process, but there is another column on the form for carrier. I hope that is a good sign.:goodvibes
 
I really think something fishy is going on. My email shows that my order was shipped on the 28th but when I try to track it it says

>>> UPS could not locate the shipment details for your request. Please verify your information and try again later.

If they are using the 2-3 day shipping like they said they would it should be arriving today or tomorrow but UPS still has no record of it:confused:
 
One of mine arrived today from Gaspode :) (that is the last of the ones that weren't ordered....so now we wait on those).

Sorry to hear of all the troubles with the orders, I'm fine waiting on mine as I still have plenty of candles left from the last exchange anyway :) Hope they get sorted soon tho, its frustrating for everyone I imagine.

Alright I called again today, I know they are getting tired of hearing from me. Anyway no real answer on why they skipped the 9th in shipping :( Also they will not be shipping tmw, anything that is not out by 5 pm EST today will be shipped begining again on monday.
 
Very, very poor customer service if they are not working overtime to get all these VERY late packages out!! :mad:
I can see them losing a lot of online customers this way.

As for the UPS not showing :confused: Let's hope they just didn't update it and it arrives soon. Then at least we know things are moving if it shows. I don't believe UPS delivers on Saturdays, right?

Very frustrating.
 
I ordered on 11-13 so I know I am at the back of the line but when I logged into check my status I noticed this message...

10 business days for me was yesterday...I guess I will keep waiting.

Some people don't have stores near them.......and now the coupon has expired :(

:mad: Now that would totally make me mad. How date they say you can't cancel when they are being so slow about mailing.
Have the charges come through already? And have you paid? I would take to my CC company and see if there was a way to stop it.
