I haven't been around in a while. I had surgery and we've been working on our house.

Guess what? We're moving to Vero Beach, FL.

I can't believe it. We're moving to Florida!!!!!!

YCFAN I finally finished your trip report(s). I'm so sorry to hear about your less than delightful Poly experience. We have had a few glitches there lately as well, and it makes me sad to see they don't seem to be ironing things out. I hope you will find time to write a letter as eloquent as your trip report to Poly management highlighting the good and the not-so-wonderful!

Booked our October trip the other day - we'll be at Poly LVC again (that could change when/if AP rates come out) Oct. 19-26. These were the dates I tried for months ago & couldn't get, but they were available this time. Hurray! This will be the first time I celebrate my birthday at WDW and I feel about 10 years old! Don't know why it seems so cool to me - DH & I don't make a big deal of our birthdays at home. My MIL will join us midway through the trip - this will be her first trip to WDW in 22 years, and her first non-camping WDW visit ever. We have a lot to show her!

Sazzo'sMommy You are going to love the Innkeeper's Club. It is the only place I stay now. My last 4 trips have been there and another coming in Oct. The cast is the best on property, the IPO office is wonderful at getting last minute PS for you and getting the surprises you may want. Jackie, Robin and Scott are in the Innkeeper's Club and they are wonderful. They will make your stay so magical. I cannot wait to go back!

VAgal I am glad there were no serious injuries to your family. I hope things are going Ok for you.

BT, Do you know if you'll be returning to the BW soon? People were asking me!

Hey...I resemble that remark!!!

We are the S/D enthusiasts/lovers. The thread was started by Dreamflight99 and we, in fun, evolved into a sorority. Some of us just had a meet at WDW the week of July 18th. We are like the WL enthusiasts thread, too.

Btw, I have stayed concierge level at the Dolphin...just to make me legit on this thread!

k&a&c'smom & Mouseteacher - Thanks for clearing that up about the Swan/Dolphin, Sigma-Delta Sorority. My wife and I have recently been curious to learn more about these resorts for a possible future stay. You see all kinds of deals floating around, so we got intrigued about it and the restaurants Palio, Fresh and Bluezoo. Care to comment on any of that?
Now I have to find this sorority thread and learn more, much more about these special places

I know I haven't "been around" here as much lately. It doesn't mean that I care any less for my great lizard friends! I hope you all are well....P and PD for Alice, VAgal, and floridafam. (Did I leave anyone out)?

I'm afraid that my visits here will continue to be sporatic. What a crazy time our family has been having as of late. In addition to DS's medical issues, there is the pregnancy...

DH and I spent last night in the ER. I've officially been put on bedrest until further notice. BIG scare yesterday and this is again considered a threatened preg. (even though I've made it to the second trimester). Our house is filled with worry.

For the time being, our Sept. trip to WDW is on hold. Please know that I think of you guys everyday!!! I'll be back when I can.

Is anyone else having trouble e-mailing Poly IPO? All of my e-mails are bouncing back, saying "permanent error in address." I was just hitting reply to Melissa's e-mail at first, but I tried sending from a fresh e-mail, and I'm getting the same thing. I know the address hasn't changed, because I got an e-mail from Melissa this AM.

Off to yet another birthday party, this one for my 8 year old niece & nephew. Their birthday was in early June, but party was delayed until their grandmom from FL could come up. Enjoy the rest of your weekend everyone!
