The pictures of CSR are great-so artistic. It makes me even more excited to stay there in October! & since we should have warm weather, I definitely see me with one of those drinks in hand relaxing by the pool...ahhhh! Loving your reviews (as usual!)

It is a wonderful resort! We really enjoyed it! And be sure to get that drink by the pool, it's NICE sitting there sipping a yummy drink!

Great reviews! On the german cookie this is just a guess but they sell a chocolate cake here with this coconuty topping stuff and call it german cake...and i noticed your cookie had that coconutty stuff on it ...so maybe thats why its a German Cookie? Either way looks yummmmmmmmmmmy!

We were SO impressed with the resort! There was so much to see and do and it was really nice to sit at the pool bar and sip my drink!

I am homesick too, and only back home in Austria for 4 weeks! Can you believe we are already back for 4!!!! weeks!!

Sounds like a plan to me. I've had the week from he**. And Markie just called; he was at the doctor and he definitely needs knee surgery and we are hoping to get it done next Friday.

Still Day 5, February 17

An early afternoon snack at Sunshine Seasons

By early afternoon we went to Epcot for a few rides. Since we knew we would have a 7pm dinner at Fultons we made sure we just had a snack to keep us going until the evening.

Tom had an Oak Grilled Vegetable Flatbread Sandwich - with a side of potato salad which he shared with me. Remember this was Ash Wednesday and we do not eat meat that day, so this was a good choice. Well, it was a REALLY good choice. The veggies were not overcooked, but yummy and tasted fresh and well seasoned. There were plenty of them and a good variety. I am not a big fan of the potato salad though, but that might be because our potato salad here is VERY different to the one we had with the flatbread - by far not spicy enough!

I could not resist this little devil! Sunshine Season's famed Strawberry Shortcake! I have had it before and it is to die for!
Thin layers of cake, lots of whipped cream and fresh tasty strawberries, now what else can one want? (apart from a second helping )

After a few rides and a shopping tour through Mouse Gear we took a friendship boat over to the Boardwalk.

Next up - another snack from the Boardwalk Bakery.
