Good lunch spots that serve salads

Can you recommend any lunch spots in the two parks that serve great salads for me and sandwiches for hubby?

The Crossant Moon Bakery at IOA serves good sanwiches. The Beverly Hills Boulegerie at USF has good sandwiches too. As for salads, I've never met a good salad at any theme park before.

Here's the cheap way, eat at the Burger Digs in the Jurassic Park section, the hubby can get a burger. They have a condiments bar with all the fixings, which is really a salad when you think about it. That's the super cheap way. They open at 11am, and you'll be hungry by the time you get there.
Otherwise, you visit Mythos for a real sit down meal.
