I finally got through at 9:44am EST and am now on a 20 minute hold. I am not a happy camper. We members should not have to fight one another to get through a circuit busy signal for so long to make a reservation on something we own! Shame on you DVC for not planning this out better.

Just got off the phone! Got my THV reservations for 8/10-8/16. 28 minutes with busy signal and 15 on hold. In reality, for how busy they are, it was better that I expected.

Same here - calling from Ireland. I got engaged for about 45 minutes and now I'm on hold with a wait time of about 20 minutes. Hope every one manages to get what they want

After dialing for 25 minutes and being on hold 15 min (aprox) I booked my THV for our friends and family pre-thanksgiving trip. The Vvery helpful MS CM, Joshua, saw I had two SSR two bedrooms I canceled yesterday for the same dates and wisely was able to transfer the info over into the new ressies. Found out that I actually did not need to cancel my ressies but that they could have just transferred them over without the cancellation step since its at the same resort. All of this took seven minutes for two ressies. Some on the board had me convinced I would loose the treehouses as I went through the cancellation process, but since they are both SSR, at least with the new booking system, it would not have happened. . .Anyhow, blessings and on all those still calling! I am headed back to bed, if I can even fall asleep. . I am so excited!
