I think some people are in a Central time zone. Eastern time zone is what Disney is on , which is 9 AM start.

I called at 7:59 CENTRAL time. It opened at 9am Eastern time.

I always get a lot of static with the music--it's nerve wracking-I keep thinking I've lost the connection! The canned announcer is clear tho--I'M ON!!!! 16 minutes on hold! Being helped as we speak....

I got mine switched to THV! I had already reserved dedicated two bedrooms, so all I had to do was switch them over! One week in July, one additional day at that same time for some friends, and a week at Christmas. My lucky day!

I love staying at SSR, and I am pleased it is my home resort so that I have no problems getting a rooom at 11 months. And now the added advantage of THV!

Because THV are bigger we may ask my SIL and her children to join us at Christmas because her husband is being deployed to Afghanistan for a year. Nothing like Disney to make the holidays special.

Got in right when they opened at 9 EST and it took about 15 minutes. The first two went quickly, the December one had an issue and she put me on hold for a while and worked it out with a supervisor. Don't know, don't care, because I got the room.

I am starting to get very nervous and frustrated...as if I wasn't already nervous. I could handle being on hold,but the constant busy signal and having to redial is making me go crazy! We are really trying to book 2 rooms for our magical gathering in Nov. Please let me me just be on hold! Who thought I would be begging for that??
