Free Flights on AirTran with cups at Wendy's

Has anyone sent their vouchers in using another method that the stated #10 envelope? The rules are clear that a #10 envelope is needed, but 64 don't fit in there very well. Can I use a bigger padded mailer or even a small mailing box?

I purchased 128 monday through a seller on this site. Got my vouchers today, and am very happy.

I called and asked that very question.
I was told they have changed that rule about the #10 envelope.
You can use any size envelope you want.

I just sent in 128 coupons today in a midsize manilla envelope via Priority Mail with confirmation. Cost was $4.55

You log in and go to My Rewards and then Request Rewards? Do you then request two of the One-way AirTran Business Class Tickets? I was just about to do it and I know that you are sent a voucher, but it really doesn't say anywhere on this page that you will be sent a voucher. I don't want to screw anything up.

I think you're on the right track. Sign in and then go to Redeem Rewards. You'll see options for what you can chose. (One way coach, one way business, RT coach, RT business, business upgrade etc). If you want two of the One-way AirTran Business Class tickets like you mentioned, put quantity 2 there. Once you submit request, they say they'll email the voucher # in 24 hours, but it gave me mine automatically. You then call w/ that voucher number to book your travel.

For those of you who have booked travel, did you have a problem with alot of blackout dates? Just curious. We want to take a trip in June, but won't know exact dates for sure until probably end of next month.

It's not as much a problem with blackout dates as it is "A plus reward available seating". Apparently, the flights that DO have A-Plus seats are limited to a certain number (I think its 10 coach seats). If they fill up, your out of luck. I called and booked a flight for my mom and asked to make sure there was another A-Plus seat available, called back an hour later to book my dad, and A-Plus seats were sold out.

As long as you call a few months in advance, you should be OK. And if there are several flights to your destination and you're flxible on the flight times, that will help, too.

For ensuring that everyone is on the same flight...should I put both RT coupons (all 128) into one A+ account (mine)? That way when I call I can book both on the same flight? And can you purchase an additional ticket (for dd3) at the same time you are redeeming the flights? Or does my dh have to redeem his using his own account?

Or what about: 2 RT in my account (for me and dd3) and 1 RT in dh's account. Can I call to reserve all three of us with one phone call, or does dh actually have to do the calling? Does that make sense?

I could just kick myself.
I sent in coupons today for 2 RT tickets. I have been visiting Wendy's almost every day for the past few weeks. I am very slow and didn't read about the coupon promotion until about 2 weeks ago, and never go to Wendy's because they are 20 minutes away.
But today I went to have a baked potato because I was at a store across the street. I got my cup and another from the refill, another thing I didn't learn about until last week, I was paying for two sodas each visit. One of the cleaning crew came up to me and asked if I was saving cups and I said yes.
He didn't say anything else to me but when I went to my car he came out and handed me 62 cups. He asked me if I wanted any more and of course I said yes so he told me to come back tomorrow. I handed him $10, I hope that was enough and it was ok.
So for the price of a soda and baked potato I got a free RT.
I could kick myself that I didn't think of this before, I could have gotten so many if I had thought to ask the cleaning crew. Peggie

You lucked out! You found a smart Wendy's worker who knows those cups mean a lot of $ to some people! I wouldn't kick yourself too hard about buying all your other cups. MOST of the Wendy's people are pretty mean about cups...won't let you ask people for cups that they're throwing away, won't give you anything but a small water, even if you buy other stuff, and don't even THINK about asking them to buy the cups! Sounds like you were just at the right place at the right time.

So now that you have extra cups, you could either send them in to someone else's account (DHs, kids'...?) or there are places where people will buy them from you. Or you could always set up a new account w/ a new email address and send them into that account. Probably a "no-no", but as long as you have 2 different email addresses, each can have an A plus rewards account.

I have 20 sitting here on my desk that co-workers and I have collected but Trans Air does not fly direct to many places from Newark, NJ and I don't see me getting enough coupons in time anyway. I'd be happy to send them to anyone who will use them for free. Just PM me. PLEASE do not take them unless you are planning on using the for yourself or family. I'd hate to think I was helping someone sell them on Ebay.

I would LOVE to have the coupons and would be happy to pay the postage! I just found out that my daughter's High School band is playing in Disney world. Can you check A+ availability before you have the credits. I am thinking of buying some cups, but only if I can get the flight I want. I need to fly on Feb. 26th to Orlando and I am thinking that even if I get the cups I won't be able to redeem them by the time I mail them in, they credit my account, etc.
