When they announce to general public, what time is the earliest you can call? I have to work that day and am not able to be on hold for 3 hours!!!
Any one know which time zone they use?

6am est for internet 7am for phones

Seriously, BOTH Moderates were sold out for 11/20-11/28 already?! Boo!!! Those are our dates & I was hoping to book Moderate when the GP offer is out as I don't have a DV

Maybe they are only allowing so many rooms for the Disny Visa and will release more on the 7th for GP?

Took me 3 hours as well! I can't believe how long, but the agent was so nice! I had land line going on hold to modify for 3 hours but finally got through quickly on my cell number at 407-939-7675 bypassing the menu with saying agent and hitting zero.

Wouldn't you know it, while lovely agent Hilda was modifying from my cell, another agent came on on my land line!

Thank you all for getting me through this very long wait, you helped so much!

Still Waiting to hear from my TA. Havent heard from her at all today.... if MDE still ahows my old MM reservation that means my TA hasnt changed it to FD yet right? ..im so anxious!

I booked my trip! I called at 9:19am and had just a few minutes of wait time. I'm booked at CSR from 9/10-9/20! I'm so excited!!!!

Back. Reached a CM after about 2 hrs 35 min of music. Was able to get AoA Nemo for 4 adults and 2 children for Sept 28 - Oct 5. Upgraded QS to DDP

Trying to confirm on MDE, but server down.

Yes, mine changed instantly, couldn't see money info but resort was changed and dining was added.

Finally!

After having a call dropped at 54 minutes on hold and then getting the busy circuits for 2 hours I decided to try the bathroom trick. Took my phone with me and called in once, got busy circuits, redialed and Pixie Dust! Walked back to my desk and Owen picked up

20 minutes later and I am booked at Pop October 3 for 8 nights with QSDP!

Sad my oldest will be in college and will not have the same breaks as his brother. I'll be taking my niece who is very excited.

My TA still has not changed my reservation.... Should I be worried or should I just wait? She emailed and said she wasn't going to be in the office until tonight, but that another TA would be on the phone with disney this morning. I've checked the MDE website and it's still the same reservation. Getting worried

To quote Sebastian in The Little Mermaid, "If you want something done you've got to do it yourself!"

I'm personally too much of a worry wart to put something as important as FD in the hands of another person-I'd call! Good luck!

Por will be able to get free dinning on May 7th. I am basing this off of so many people changing from the POR to another resort for free dinning there number will go down and they will offer it.

This will make me the happiest person ever lol

It took 1 hour, 36 minutes for the entire call, but we got Free Dining added on to our reservation for the Poly. Saved us quite a bit. Whew, I'm worn out from the excitement!

3 hrs later I am done with 6 room reservation modifications. On hold for 1hr 15 min. Staying at CBR at the end of Sept. Still hoping POR will release FD.

Woo Hoo and colour me happy Grand Floridian villa in December with the premium dining plan. My favourite resort and all that wonderful food. I hope the wine is included? Wait time was nearly 2 hours. I put it on speaker and walked away.

So here's maybe some hope for those of us in the hold of 400 people. What are the chances that the 400 people in front of you are booking the same room, same resort, at the same dates? Suspecting, within the confines of what is excluded, everyone should be just fine and get what they want!

Yes, I was worrying a bit earlier (especially for general public folks) about availability, but then consider the 100s (1000s?) of rooms are a lot, and that most people stay 1-2 weeks, so those rooms are over and over again.

I tend to think everyone is going the week I am, and not that this load is spread out over several months (especially since they announced dates all through the fall this time).
