Oh and I spoke to Malinda, she was so nice and happy and laughed at my craziness...I told her I was answering the ghost on Haunted Mansion ride when it told me to hurry back.. she laughed and laughed, its so nice to talk to people who understand you LOL The call took no time she was very informative and knew exactly what she was doing, i waited ... to take the survey so I could let them know how good she was. now its over, I can go look at the damage..haha

Just changed my ressie to FD and moved from POR to CBR. We had 2 of our 6 confirmation numbers change. My room was not one of them. I logged on to My Disney Experience and it is ALL gone!!!! All my dining (I didn't have those numbers written down). I went and tried to link my ressie again to my account and it says that it is already linked to an account!! I did get an email with the resort change info and my new $$ due.

I tried to call but circuits are busy. Yikes!!! I hope they can fix this. I hope this doesn't happen to anyone else.

I can't see reservations in MDE, is that a problem?

MDE appears to be broken. I can't see anything when I do get through. On most of my tries, it just says something about the server being down.

Called at 8:30 cst..on hold about an hour. Had to switch from POR to CBR for Oct.3-11. I don't know how those beds are gonna work out for us, but CSR had no regular rooms available. There were also none of the lower priced deluxe rooms available. My week must be more popular than I thought!

Called at 7am and was on hold for 1 hr 45 min. Got free dining at WL Nov. 15-22. Thank you Black!!!

I must have gotten extremely lucky! I have been reading what everyone is posting about not being able to get through. I called at 7am exactly, was on hold for maybe a minute. Was able to book at CBR with FD and was off the phone by 7:15! I am so grateful right now!!

I got the same message earlier and I tried logging out and back in and it showed up. MDE definitely buggy today though!

Elation to horror!

Checked on MDE, and during my upgrade, they changed my 2-bedroom savannah view to standard view studio. SOO pissed! This after 3+ hours with my first call, and now I just get endless "all circuits are busy." Worst part is even if I get through, my old package is no longer available.

Don't freak yet. All my reservations are gone as well. I did absolutely nothing this morning as we have FD BB .

Are the csr club level rooms included in the free dining? Any room type restrictions at other resorts?

I know this is off topic, but since I had success in booking FD and "we" all also broke MDE .. I thought I'd check to see if they'd posted the date for Mickey's Not So Very Scary Hallo Party ... "me thinks" they need to proof read a bit better .. they have the dates up:

I think the website crashed. The app shows no reservations, when I went to the website, it said ooops, unavailable at this time.

i think the site. Rashes at MDE. Everyone's reservations are gone.
