Food and Wine crowds?

I just booked our next trip (wooohooo! ) and then was told it is during the Food and Wine Festival. Specifically, we booked Nov.6-15th. Can anyone tell me how the crowds are in general for that time... Epcot and the other parks? I've never gone this early in November before.

I booked 11/9-16 - 13th is my 50th Bday
I believe the food & wine ends on the 11th?

I went to F&W the last week of October, 2005 and thought the crowds were very manageable. Not the slowest time of year, but definitely manageable. I plan to go back for F&W the first week of October this year.

I was at the Food & Wine festival at the end of October this past year. The crowds in the parks were actually quite good. The only park that was crowded was EPCOT on both Saturday nights.

I've always heard Nov was a great time to go. DH and I went to the F&W for a few days in Oct, Sun-Wed, and the crowds weren't a problem at all.

Thanks, everyone. I was really pushing for these dates, DH wanted to go early December like we've done in the past. When I told him it was F&W, he was annoyed about the dates all over again (he really enjoys the slower time of year and less heat).

I'll tell him it doesn't get crazy and we'll avoid Epcot over the weekend!

I'm pretty sure that's Jersey Week. It will be crowded due to that.

Also on Nov. 10 & 11, is Supersoap Weekend, so MGM studios will be crowded for that Sat and Sun.

We were there from 10/29 through 11/5 this past year. Crowds were actually a little more that we had the year before when we went the first full week in September but the weather was soooo much better.

The crowds at the F&W festival were not a problem until Friday night and then all day Saturday. It got very crowded, probably with locals. Still, we hit the F&W during the week and loved it!!!

I do know that Jersey week was just after we left. I've never been at that time but I've heard it can be very crowded.
