Looks like you still need a tree at Jambo. My sister is going down Nov. 4th. I can send the trees down with her. She is staying at Jambo so she can bring one tree there and take the other to BLT. Will they hold the trees there until first family arrives?

Just sent you a PM MrShiny - we were staying at SSR 11/19-11/22, but our waitlist for BWV just came thru so hopefully we can still get a tree at BWV.
We are trying to make this the trip we actually pull off surprising the kids - the tree will be the icing on the cake!

Dear MrShiny, would it be possible to remove us from the tree list for BWV?

We have decided that it would be too much of a disappointment for our son to have a tree for a few days and then have to take it down in the middle of our stay. The villa would look bare without it!

Thank you for trying to fit us in. I know you did your best to get everyone in on the magic and I do appreciate it and hope I don't come across as ungrateful!

If another tree does become available for BWV then obviously if you could fit us in for our entire stay that would be great! But if not, we're not worried as we'll just be happy to be in Disney at Christmas time

We will be staying in the VWL from Nov 26th until Dec 4th so if there is a spare tree available there could you please add us on to the list. Having to take down the tree on the 4th won't be so bad as we will be changing resorts anyway.

Hello - back from a short conference trip that included WDW's 40th!

I've updated the list - note until 10/23 when we cut off participation, the list may shift.

Here are the areas of need right now:

Animal Kingdom Kidani - could use a second tree
Bay Lake Tower - could use a third tree
Beach Club - could use families! Have trees, need families.
BoardWalk - could use a second tree
SSR - could use a second tree

So if you can help out in one of those areas, let me know! Donating a tree involves getting the tree, sending it down with cords, lights, a few ornaments and (optional) small gifts for each family).

Remember, we cut off participation 10/23, so speak up if you want in! After that, we'll firm up everything and get instructions out to all.

See my PM. Unless it is a very lomg cruise, it will probably take a bit for the tree to get home, and most shippers will hold.
