BWV and OKW start their trees in 2 weeks! We need your inforamtion ASAP - please mail the name the reservation is under to mrshiny@gmail.com

OK, I've been sending out PM's furiously - I need people to email me their screen name and reservation name (please don't PM or my box will fill!)

Trees will have to start shippin very soon, so anyone who's info I don't have (especially if they are a donor, first family or last family) may be dropped after Friday 11/4.

To ship it back to the owner: can Bell Services ship it back or

do we need to go off property to a post office or UPS/Fed Ex?

dismiss, I've asked my DH what he did when we shipped the tree back from VWL, when he answers me, I'll post if no one else has answered you. He's in TX on business now, so I'm waiting for a reply.

As far as VWL tree number 1, I'll be sending it to BWV. There's one more person after me who has asked for it, and I'm waiting for their check in reservation information, but this is what we have:

I want to know the answer as well. I have two trees to ship out this week. Now the problem is the trees are pre-lit and they come in a long box and I can't put extra items in the box. I need to find two boxes 3 feet in length and wider so I can put the ornaments and stuff in the box.

DH doesn't remember if it was the concierge or Bell Services at VWL, but he did get the help he needed to send the tree home!

I'm the 'owner' of VWL Tree #2. I always include a pre-paid return mail label in the box. Just remove the lable, affix over the label used to ship the tree down and hand to bell services with the instructions to give to UPS. Easy-peasy!

I am pretty sure we were the ones who mailed back DisneyDi's tree last year. It was indeed, as she said, easy-peasy. I will be doing the prepaid label for our tree this year to make it easy for the last family.
