Mama and I will be heading down to the Mouse on Sept 12. I'm an over planner and over thinker so this is when I get paranoid about making a planning mistake or missing something. If those of you with more experience can look at the plan and suggest any edits/changes, it will help me sleep.
We are Disney veterans. This is an adults only trip. We're both in our mid 60s, very active, and while we have many scars and replacement parts, we have no physical limitations. We're staying at Beach Club.

TIA

On your 7th day I would actually scribble out time in the parks and just hop to a different Disney resort for brunch instead. Maybe snag an ADR somewhere like Sebastian’s Bistro at Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort or one of the Disney’s BoardWalk restaurants if you’d like and have an early swim. You’ll need as much rest as possible for the drive and flight back.

You are wise. That last day is actually up in the air. We'll adapt depending how we feel. Maybe an early swim at Storm Along Bay, or as you note a nice lunch somewhere different. We actually don't have tickets for that last day either. We'll add them to our plan if we're feeling good.
Great suggestion !!
