February Free Dining?

Just wondering if anyone knows if Disney has ever offered free dining in the month of Feb.? We are looking to go in late Jan or early Feb 2013.

I think they had it for some days in Feb this year. We did free dining March 3-8, 2012.

I had free dining on my trip in Feb 2012! We went from Feb 11-18.

2012
January 8 to 14
January 22 to February 4
February 12 to 18

(Note: the original offer dates were later adjusted to:
January 8 to 12
January 21 to February 2
February 11 to 16)
