February Exercise Challenge--Let's get moving and take care of our hearts!

40 minutes treadmill

340 /1000

I am a little behind this week since my youngest son broke two bones in his arm at basketball this weekend. We finally all got sleep last night so hopefully I am back on track.

Updated through post #303. Let me know if you see any errors. :)

I hope you feel better soon. :)
Thank you so much. :)

Did 20 min of strength and core yesterday 215/950

I'm meeting with my pt today, I really need to change the direction of my therapy. It's making things so much worse. Hopefully I'll start racking up the minutes once my knee inflammation calms down.... :(
I hope things improve soon.

another 35 minutes of strength last night while watching The Biggest Loser :-)

I am also going to increase my goal, I feel like I can do it!

450/1000
I think you can do it too!

Hope you're right as rain again soon.
Thanks! I hated reducing the goal, but it was the right choice. Hoping to count some of the pt minutes today if we do some exercise.:goodvibes

Walk: 1 hour 45 minutes

Brings me to: 1450/3000

Wow!! You guys are kicking some major booty!:cool1::cool1:

After dragging this booty out of bed to cram in 20 minutes on the elliptical before (yes, BEFORE!) work, and adding in my bi-weekly beatdown (aka PT ), I can add another 50 minutes for Tuesday.

595/1300 Almost halfway there, but I better get moving. Who's with me??:grouphug:

Hi!

In excitement about the upcoming Princess Half, I forgot to post my goal for the month! Sorry about that!!!

My goal is 2000 minutes. So far, I have finished up 1002 minutes.

Thanks, Rose, for doing this and congratulations again on the marathon! :worship::worship:

Thanks, good news is no surgery. If all heals right , he will be ready for baseball. That's his biggest concern. 12 years old have very different priorities!

Surgery is two weeks from today and I'm determined to make my goals this month.

65 minutes: 4 miles & weightlifting

550/1000 WOHOO half way there...

140 more minutes this week , about half walking or treadmill, the other half arm and leg exercises.
