After a really tough day at work, the last thing I wanted to do was exercise. But...I did because I wanted to post my time here - so thank you so much for hosting this challenge!! :goodvibes

I am going to treat myself to a half of a chocolate brownie tonight, so I had to burn some calories to "earn" that (and a glass of chardonnay) And, my numbers turned red for Valentine's Day. I never thought that this ablold crippled woman would be able to do so much!

Here I was complaining about getting up at 5 AM every day and disneymom2one got up at 3:30 this morning! :worship: wow

So my minutes are just the usual: walks, Y stretching class, weights, abs and of course, plank. Which I do not have to do at home today because we did it at class this morning! :cool1:
 
Thanks everyone. 3:30 is early but I honestly love it. There are no cars out so I can run in the street - much easier than navigating sidewalks. It also gets me home before my teenager has to leave for high school at 6:15 or so. And my work schedule (part time college professor) means that I have a few hours to recuperate before standing in front of a classroom. I could not do it if I had young kids or a full time job or lived in an area where I felt unsafe. My husband is also super supportive in every way possible - today he brought me hot chocolate at the end because it was freezing cold outside.

I stick to well lit areas (and have several lights attached to me). My husband also tags along for the first few miles most days. It works for me and allows me to maintain the weight loss but it is definitely not for most people.
 
Skiing today, ill call it 60 mins.

3 am is awesome, disneymom. That's great that your husband is so supportive :)

Happy Valentine's Day to all my fellow fitness buffs! I made heart shaped pizza and red velvet cupcakes for dinner before heading out to aerobics...had to go work off all those calories (not to mention the chocolate-covered strawberries I made last night) :lmao:

I realized I can't miss anymore runs this month if I want to meet my 2013 goals, which include 35-40 miles per month. I'm at 10! :(
