I would appreciate the opportunity to make some final comments.
yes, I would have bought the contract if it had won. However, we all know, disney would have bought it back if I had won the auction for 100 dollars.
The seller of this auction and I have not conspired in any fashion whatsoever....
I don't believe that any shill bidding by ANYONE was done on this auction. And, by the definition of rinkwide, that would include me.
The seller of the auction encouraged me to bid on the auction, but he meant only if I wanted to buy it. i would love to buy those points for 100 dollars, but, with ROFR, we all know that is impossible. That is why I said that I knew I was going to be outbid, not because I thought anyone was bidding the auction up artificially.
I think that this seller is on the up and up completely and has done nothing wrong, and i did not mean to imply that he was anything else but an honest ebay seller.
I hope that this clears up any misunderstandings about any of my comments. I think i was convinced I was wrong for a minute or two to even have bid on that auction, but, if a 100 dollar bid was the winning bid, i would paid for it, because I honor my committments, I just meant to say that i didn't expect that low of a bid to win.
