Hello! My cabin is on "hold" right now, but pretty sure we are going to take advantage of the Kids Sail Free trip. Got great pricing on a 6A cabin even though the verandah wall will be solid!

I have added your thread to the cruise meet list :thumbsup2

Have a great cruise!

Me and my family will also be on this cruise. We will be sailing with another family...... I am so happy to hear we wont be the only people on the ship!!!:banana::banana:

It was feeling like that for a while!! Great to hear it! Any kids coming along and what ages? We have a 5 y/o and a 3 y/o

Two thirteen year olds and one eleven. All girls. We are traveling with friends and the have a five and a three year old. Girls also

We are booking this cruise tomorrow if all goes well with work! It's just me and my husband (we are in our 20s). Hopefully there will be more Disers on board-the more the better!

I know that there are not many of us disboard folks on the cruise yet, but do you want to do a mini FE for fun. Being that there aren't many people so far, we could actually do more than one gift per stateroom.

Would love to do FE (big or small). WE have nine people in all and four cabins.:banana::banana:

This is our first time cruising and we are not familiar at all with FE but i'm excited to do it. Just let me know what I need to do!

Hi,
We will be travelling with our two girls ages 5 and 3!

Great, our kids are same ages. My daughter is 5 and my son is 3. Have you cruised before and if so, did your kids love the kid's club and want to stay in there? I'm concerned my kiddos will not want to be there but I hear pretty much every kid can't get enough of the club once they try it.

Have you read up at all about the FE? Bascially it's a little pocket organizer (or bag) that hangs from the fish outside of your stateroom, and then people (disboarders) deliver little goodies to each other. There are some other threads on the DCL forum that have more detailed info about the FE, but that is the basic concept.

My husband and I are not definitely on the cruise yet--we should know in about a month, when he finds out his new work schedule. Once we figure that out, I will let you know and we can go from there. Of course, you guys are more than welcome to do the FE even without us if we don't get to make it on the cruise!

If you choose to do the FE, all you need to do is create a list on your cruise meet of who is participating, their stateroom(s), number of adults/children, ages of children, any likes/dislikes, any celebrations, any health concerns (such as diabetes or food allergies). Then you can select goodies to give out (to the stateroom as a whole, to each individual--it's up to you). :cool1:

Nope, never cruised as a passenger- both my husband and I used to work on a cruise ship though (before kids). I don't think they will want to leave the kids club- at least that is what I am hoping! Not thrilled that they will be separated though because of their age.

Hello everyone!

My family and I will be on this cruise, our very first one! It will be DH, Myself, DS4, DD turning 3 two days after the cruise and DS1, with my DM along to help kid wrangle.

I'm super excited about this and would love to participate in a FE.

I'm starting to make magnets for our door and planning out a FE thinger now.

We are staying way in the bottom of the ship though on the 1st deck, so hopefully DM wont get seasick.

Wahoo! Just booked this cruise and PIF so we will not be backing out. Would love to be a part of the FE. DH and I are much older than 20 something but we are young at heart. We will actually be travelling with about six other friends ranging in age from very young to older.

Looking forward to meeting you all.

Judy

We also will be traveling with an 11 year old daughter. Glad to hear she will have girls her age on board. We live about an hour north of Clovis.

We have a hold on our room - need to make our final decision this weekend, but I am pretty sure it's a go!!

There will be two families - 2 rooms. However, I won't know our room until we check in. I was told we have a "guarantee" for our room level. If I wanted an actual room number, it would have cost $400 more. Not sure if we can join in on the FE without a room number.

Still excited to go on another cruise!!

We have a GTY (guarantee) status as well for our cabin. Generally your cabin number is posted before you leave for the cruise (around a month or so out hopefully). You are more than welcome to join the FE, even though you don't have a room assginment yet. Just let us know when you find out. As soon as we know if my husband can get the week off, we will be booking/cancelling the cruise. If we are a go for the cruise, I will create a FE list with everyon who is participating, adults, children, etc. :thumbsup2

Really really hoping that vacation days will work out and we can cruise! I need a Disney fix!

WE have just booked this cruise as our annual Girls cruise. No husband or children. :cool1: We would love to take part in the FE list. We have two cabins with 2 people in each cabin. Looking forward to it.
