Wow, Its been awhile! Congrats to all for your successes, it sounds like you guys are doing this the healthy way.
Which brings me to Mac, who admitted that she's not being healthy, but that she also stopped purging. Please don't diet like this. In fact don't diet at all. You have to find a way to eat well that you can do forever. That doesn't mean you never eat fries again, it means you don't have them as often as you once did. If you restrict your calories by fasting your body just learns to do more with less food. Your metabolism slows down and you will not lose weight. You must must must keep eating and exercising, if you are doing both you can have between 1500 and 1800 calories a day and still lose weight.
Now I sound really *****y, but mostly I'm worried that we might be making ourselves less healthy and I'd rather we were all heavy and healthy than thin and unhealthy.
As for myself, I'm constant, I started running soon after Boston, but my achilles problems aren't solved. I'm getting orthotics after my next race and combine 3 or 4 days of running with 2 day of swimming and 2 days of weights/core work (meaning some days I do two activities). I'm tapering down for my next race, always a hard thing because you are convinced that you should keep working hard but what your body really needs is rest to be ready for the race.
