210 points (between 2 contracts)- all resale at SSR. We went strictly for sleep around points bc we are happy to stay anywhere- even SSR. Would option 3 be resale or direct?
 
It could be 1 point as far as I’m concerned as long as you have enough direct to be DVC-Y.
What's the smallest possible contract again? I used to think it was 25 but did I see something on these boards recently about BWV contracts in the 10-20 range?
 
22.5 % resale once this years contracts go in and out. Sold a resale to get more direct. I have enough direct now to get a 2br when needed, so any future contracts will be small resales ( 50 pts) unless I like LSL and it combines with the cabins.

10 pointers exist at BW and apparently OKW - you used to be able to add on what you wanted in the very beginning. I have a 15 pointer - They are super $$ on a per point basis due to closing costs

I think this is the first time I’ve seen “shared” in reference to fixed week contract - what does it mean to be shared?
 
100% Direct, but we bought our last contract almost 10 years ago...

Quite honestly, I would gladly trade out the VGF and PVB for CFW, but I am not much on having to do the PITA of selling, then buying, so we'll just keep trying for 7 months (well, I also wouldn't buy because of dues/restrictions/trust point reallocation potential, but I digress...)

Other than CFW, they haven't put out anything new that interests us enough to buy. We have zero interest in RIV and quite honestly, no interest in the Poly tower either (we'll stay at the longhouses) or the weirdly located LL, which really ruins the feel of the FW Settlement area. In fact, our portfolio doesn't really fit us. Since 2019, we've spent exactly 2 nights at Poly and 1 night at VGF, so we're not exactly getting the use out of our 11 month period. In that time though we've had 3 weeklong 2-Bedroom stays at Aulani, a GV at SSR, and numerous CFW stays...
