Any women here take Fosomax? Need help please.

So I had a bone density test, and my need for Fosomax is unquestionable-been battling this without it for a few years. But here's my question-you have to take it in the morning with a full glass of water, then nothing else for 30 minutes. I'm a coffee girl-don't talk to me until I have my morning coffee (although it's Decaf). Any tips on how I can last without it? Can I at least sit for those 30 minutes? Although if I sit, I'll be looking for my coffee. Help!

I have different medication that must be taken in the morning before eating. I put it on my nightstand with a glass of water. As soon as the alarm goes off I take it, then I might hit snooze. When I get up, use the bathroom, maybe get dressed, make my way downstairs, start the coffee and get something ready for breakfast. By the time the coffee finishes brewing it's easily been 30 minutes.

I don’t know about the drug, but as far as what to do while waiting to get your mind off coffee, perhaps change up the morning routine a little. Take the meds, then go get in the shower, get dressed, do hair and makeup (whatever you do with those) and by the time you are finished the half hour should be also.
