Kinda weird question about Riviera (I don’t think it has its own dedicated resort thread), but will the handheld shower head reach all the way to the bench? I DON’T STAND UP in the shower for safety reasons and this just popped into my head hoping that the hose will be long enough.

Has anyone tried this?

Hmmm . . . I remember sitting on the bench to shower, but don’t recall of if I held the shower in my hand or simply directed the water at the bench. Whichever I did, it worked. I could not reach the faucet controls from the bench to turn the water on and off, so I was standing with the water running for a moment at the beginning and end of the shower. I don’t recall it being slippery though, especially when compared to showering in a tub combo.

I was in a studio, if it matters. . .

I was just in a deluxe studo and it had two bath area. One had a sink with stand-up shower, with a bench. The other toliet, sink and a tub/shower combo.

I am going to look to see if I have photos, both baths have hand held. The stand alone shower did have a bench.

I don't know if the larger rooms, eg. 1 or 2 bedrooms have larger showers where the bench may be further away from shower head.
