Dining plan - can I add it when I get there?

Hi folks,

Its been a while...but I am curious, can I purchase park tickets and a dining plan when I arrive? or do I have to do it as a package?

Anyone? We are considering going in Oct, unfortunately between the free plan weeks..crazy right...I know, but no option...

No, I believe you have to to book it 3 days before arrival. Someone with exacts correct me? But I know you have to book it beforehand.

Dining plan must be booked 72 hrs in advance of check in

And you have to book a package: on-site Disney room + at least a one day ticket for all in the room to add a paid dining plan (2 day ticket for the free dining offer).

I'm adding the dining plan to my Aug 16th trip, and I did call to verify, must be 72 hours before trip.
