Ok, so I'm reading all of these posts about ticket prices increasing, but when I compare the price on WDW site to the other sites that are mentioned (ticketmania, undercouvertourist, etc.), they look a good bit cheaper on WDW's site - ?!?! Am I missing something?

I was going to go with the 10-day no expiration park hopper and on WDW's site it is $332 for an adult. On Ticketmania's site it is $385.

I must just be confused! Any help would be great! Thanks!

I'm just as confused as you are. Even with the tax and International express delivery the Disney price comes out as $363.58 for the same ticket Ticketmania is claiming gate prices at $410.03.

First, make sure you are comparing the same things on both sites. Then, check the taxes, too. It seems like the Disney price you stated is before taxes, shipping, etc. and the Ticketmania price is after. When we used the Mousesavers link to Ticketmania, we saved $20 a ticket on the 10 day, no expire, park hopper.

However, check quickly because everyone here says the prices everywhere will go up tomorrow. In fact, Ticketmania's price may already reflect the increase, which may be why it's more now.

According to what I have been reading on the different threads today, Ticketmania has already posted the NEW prices on their website (price increases go into effect Jan. 1st). Ticketmania doesn't appear to be open on weekends, so that is probably why.

The WDW official site is still posting 2005 prices today and will probably have the new prices up tomorrow. We also wanted the 10 day non expire park hopper tickets and we also wanted the Plus features.

The prices for these tickets appear to be going up $32 each witout the plus features, but with the plus features you are going to have to buy 6 plus features in 2006 instead of just the 5 in 2005, so if you want the plus features expect the price to go up $41 tomorrow (but you will get one more plus, we didn't want an extra plus).

I just places my order on the WDW website for the 10 day park hopper non-expire with 5 plus features today and I got 2005 prices.

Last tuesday I ordered my 10 day no exp plus hoper plus 5 bonus tickets from ticketmania and got my confirmation they are mailed I paid $353.00 each complete no extra cost. but this included the discount from their newsletter. otherwise it came to $379.00 had i not gotten the newsletter code.

Mousesavers.com is great at having a link on their monthly newsletter for savings on ticketmania and others. I clicked on the link on this past newsletter (sent out on the 15th of each month) and found a 10-day park hopper pass with no expiration for a total of $332. They do not charge shipping or tax. This is a bit of a difference from my calling Disney Travel for the same ticket (as well as on the Disney website) that cost $353.58.

I think it is o.k. -- so if you want me to send the Mousesavers newsletter to you with the link for savings, let me know. Just PM me with your e-mail address. :flower:

However, Ticketmania does not sell Annual Passes. :earboy2:

I was comparing ticket prices this morning and I noticed that on the 2006 Plus option (waterparks, etc) Ticketmania is listing an extra day of admission compared to the 2005 tickets. I just called Ticketmania to confirm and they said yes, Disney has added an extra Plus day to their tickets and I was told that that would be reflected on the Disney website tomorrow. So in spite of the price increases at least those people who get the Plus option will get an extra day at the waterparks. I'm considering buying a ticket today for our nephew who will be going with us this year and right now the 2005 3-day MYW Hopper Plus is $20 less on discountorlandovacation.com than the same 2006 ticket on Ticketmania but you get an extra water park day on the 2006 ticket...something to consider when comparing prices for those who get the Plus option!!

I just purchased a 10 day park hopper, no expiration from CRO for $332 including tax. The CM said this was the 2005 price with advanced purchase discount. Get it while you can. I was going to use an old two day ticket and just upgrade with an extra day plus park hopper, but after seeing the ticket price increase, it was actually worth it to buy the 10 day ticket.

I'm confused about something...if, say, you order a 3-day MYW ticket with the Plus option (2 days at DQ, waterparks, etc.), does that mean you actually have five days of admissions (3 regular gates plus 2 minor gates)? Or do you have three calendar days, and the minor gates cannot be done on separate days?

The entries to the water parks don't need to be on a day you use one of the theme park entries.
