car service?

The prices to rent a car for the end of Sept are very high in my opinion. I am thinking of getting a town car service instead for half the price. The reason mainly because I don't like using Mears b/c of all the stops it makes.

Now if I go through a car service does anyone have a good reference on one?
Also, b/c there will be 4 adults, 4 large bags, probably 2 or 3 small bags plus golf clubs we are going to have to go with a Van rental instead of the towncar to give us more room.

Has anyone done this before and are the vans decent?

If you are staying on property have you thought about using Disney's Magical Express?

We are staying on property, but I think would rather make sure we get our own bags (I always worry about someone else being responsible for them) plus I did Mears a few years ago and found that it tool us 2 hrs to get from the airport to our hotel b/c you have to make so many other stops so I would rather get a car/van service for those two reasons

I don't know if you are doing DVC, but I remeber booking SSR, and asking Memberservices about a car service. The said they would send a van for $90 rt, and I had the option of adding on a grocery stop at XX cents a minute. So it wouldn't hurt to ask. I was thinking you might be doing DVC because of the golf bags.
