Can anyone tell me if there is generally FREE dining during March?

Im thinking of taking DD15 during SpringBreak next March and just wondered if there is typically free dining during this time.. Im thinking perhaps not, but thought Id check.

"Typically" FD is offered late August thru September or early October. I'm afraid we may be seeing a lot less FD from Disney....

2012- we got free dining from March 3-7. I think it wasn't available for later weeks in March, but I'm not sure
2013- no Free Dining in March. It was a Room/Ticket discount with full price dining
