We are less than one year till the 2026 World Cup and Buzz Rules is sad.

Its awhile until your games. The situation is not going to get better, just more dire.
We shall see if they all come grinning, new kit in hand eager to play.
We'll see what happens at the event on Fox tonight, I guess. 🤷‍♂️ I would think it would have to be better than now. We have two major international tournaments happening, starting this week. The world is watching.

I know nothing about this topic but it's talked allot about on our local news b/c we've been named as a 'fan zone' for 2026 and a proposed team base camp.

After going through this thread I realize I was conflating the upcoming games with the "real" World Cup. I am only a casual fan, but I'm glad I now know the difference!
Will you be looking into tickets?

Oh, I don't know, Buzz.... my son and his friend are traveling to Cincinnati this weekend to see Bayern vs. Auckland City. I think there's excitement with the main supporters now, but odds are it'll grow over the next few months.

That's awsome. What partly makes me sad is that Fox Sports is really trying to do a good job on trying to promote the sport and World Cup but will probably barely talk about it until December this year after tonight's prime time broadcast. We have 5 major sports in this country, not just 4.

yes, I would definitely try for that!
Then you need to register on that FIFA website I posted. They will be sending out ticket information to those who register there. Be aware, there are scammers already claiming to have tickets. They are fakes. The competition for match tickets will be fierce. American fans will be competing for tickets within the global FIFA ticket pool for the most part. It's not exclusive to just Americans. 😊
