calling all flip flop lovers-need opinion

Okay I'm a flip flop lover & I'm trying to pack and can not come up w/ outfits to go w/ tennis shoes or crocs! I wear flip flops all summer even when I waitressed for 8 hours and I never find my feet really hurting. I want to wear my flip flops that i already have has anyone worn mostly flip flops and not been sorry or have been sorry. Tell me your experiences. Thanks

I've done the flip flops at Disney World many times- just make sure you pack ones that you have worn for longer amounts of time. I took flip flops that I only wore out once or twice and ended up with some blisters and sore feet. But, when I wore my flops that I had used lots, it was perfectly fine. I do perfer the crocs over the flops, though!

As for matching outfits? Wear those crocs with pride- mismatching crocs and outfits is my specialty!

I wore my Nike flip-flops for our entire 12 day trip in June 2005 and never had a problem! It was sooooo hot I can't even imagine wearing shoes and socks!! By the way I tried Crocs and HATE them!

Last Sept, I wore my flip-flops everyday, all day long. I never had any problems. Just make sure that they are a comfortable pair that you know you have been able to wear for extended periods of time.

I have pretty much only worn reef flip flops on my last 4 trips. I found that it's better to wear a pair that you've worn in a little. Disneyworld is no place to break in new shoes.

I bought some at the Contemporaty resort because my tennis shoes were hurting me and I wore them the entire trip. I wear them all the time and they are my favorite. They were $22 and are the most comfy shoes ever.

Flip Flops are the only way to go - it's my dd and I wear! We've never had sore feet .... just wear our old broken in reefs!

I had doubts about taking mine, too, but they are so easy to pack, why not just throw them in?

I also packed my Crocs and plan to wear my Timberland athletic sandals the first day.

Flip flop addict here too! I live in flip flops all summer, but my feet do get tired after a day walking around on campus. I think I'm going to get some of the crocs flip flops (athens or scutes style) and I might as well get some new Disney Crocs for DD4 too! Has anyone tried the Crocs flip flops?

I have the Croc flip-flops!!! I love them . I got them this summer and I tell ya, they are the best flip-flops I have ever worn!!!. I paid like $30.00 for they buy they are SOOOOOOO worth it. They are like walking on air.

I say if you want to wear flip-flops all day , get the Croc ones!!

I have worn my Teva flip flops on many trips and love them! They have a thick spongy bottom for cushioning, so my feet didn't feel uncomfortable. I have bought them at Famous Footware and REI.

I've worn several different kinds of flip flops down there (as well as my Crocs) and usually wind up in my Teva Mush for most of the trip. They are the most comfortable pair of shoes I own. My Croc flip flops, Reef flip flops, and Adidas flip flops are also comfortable, but nothing compares to my Teva Mush. Love them !

ive worn flip flops in disney and their especially good if u get wet if u wear sneakers they get all soggy and gross which u can wear crocs too for that purpose but flipflops are fine for me for some people it makes their feet hurt to wear flip flops to disney but most people are fine

For our trip in August my son's girlfriend wore flip flops the entire trip, Disney and all, and she was fine.

i wear flops all summer. on our last trip i brought my crocs and my flops. i mainly wore my crocs cuz i was afraid i might get blisters. but i ended up getting blisters from my crocs. tip: when ur feet are wet after going to the water parks don't wear flops. i had to run to the bus to catch it and my feet kept slipping out so i had to take them off and run like the wind! so i say bring them but bring a back up pair of shoes just in case.

Glad to hear all the possitive reviews from flip flop lovers - I was planning on wearing mine for our trip, but I was a little concerned if they would be comfortable for the whole day (have not had any problems before, but...). Now DD13 and I will both be able to wear ours with no worries. Thanks!

Flip flops are the only thing I wear at Disney - just make sure they are broken in and have lots of cushioning.

We went in April of this year and we all wore flip flops the entire time and had no problems. We wore Tevas and thought they were great.
