Hey DisneyMin I live in Naples FL had ad in our travel section was the Florida Resdient room only code so I would bet it was the same ad. I too have not seen codes but the AP & FL res.

I really need a room-only code, but do you think we have a chance? Do they usually release room-only codes around the same time as the APs? I remember in 2002 I booked with a AAA rate, then changed to the AP code, then changed to the room-only when it came out, but I don't remember how close they were released.

I remember one year booking at AP and a few weeks later the room only codes came out and I switched. Hang in there, maybe we'll hear something soon.

It seems like they're trying to get as many people as possible on the 7 for 5 deal before releasing the room only codes.

i don't believe there is any new news to report but if and when there is, it will be on this board. i have been glued to this topic since it first came out and have almost given up on the codes coming out anytime soon even though it has been reported as a possibility and a probability. Keep checking and lets keep this thread close to the top

I am the only one in my party that will have an AP, so I really am hoping that the room only codes come out soon so I can order a different pass (non AP) before I leave. If I have to buy an AP, I will do so in the airport when we arrive. We will be there for 11 days so the AP won't be a total waste and I probably could return within the year, I guess.

We'll just wait and see.....

Called again last night and was told the same story......... "The only codes right now are Florida residents, AP, and package deals and I'm not sure if Disney will issue any other codes for summer, but it's possible, so keep checking in." I hope they come out soon!

If codes do come out soon, what are the chances that they will cover October? We want to go to the MNSSHP, so I was hoping see some codes and plan when in October to go.

it's anyone's guess at this point. just keep checking and waiting with the rest of us i sure hope the folks at disney are reading these threads because we have alot of disers playing the waiting game and thread bumping (yours truly included)

I'm staying at the SWAN @ 162.50/night........
are room only codes for this hotel better???

Should I just stick to Swan and stop worrying??

It looks like Disney might not feel the need or desire to release public codes. They made their AP holders happy, they made their Fl residents happy, and they made their Visa card holders happy. But what about the rest of us? Maybe they feel like they've given out enough discounts.

You won't be DISappointed with the Swan so do stop worrying, but you can always keep checking on the RO Rates. The Swan has an excellent location, uber-comfortable beds, and an exceedingly wonderful staff. I highly recommend it! If you do get AKL or WL then great - if not, then it's still great!!!!!
