Last week I finally was able to get that last night we needed in May at BLT and then called MS to merge that last night. This afternoon received a "Welcome Home" email that didn't have our last night on reservation. I remember MS saying that you may receive a cancelation email & not fret but when I went to My Dashboard and our last night was totally gone my heart sank! I quickly looked and thank goodness that night was still available so I grabbed it. Called MS & they admitted that they made a mistake and quickly went ahead & merged our reservation so no issues. BUT WHAT IF THAT NIGHT WAS GONE! Has this happened to anyone else?
