Cabin 2153??? Need info for March 6th Magic

Does anybody have any info on cabin 2153??? We were upgraded from a GTY 11to this Cat 10 for the March 6th cruise. I am happy about the bigger room...we are traveling with DD 22mo.

I would appreciate any info. Thanks for all the great tips so far!

Heey there KB. Thanks for the reply. This is our first DC and I can hardly wait. I get the sense that the ship isnt very full from the response on the cruise meet. Are you cruising with any kids??

My questions about the room stem from the fact that its at the very back of the ship and that it seems to face a diifferent direction according to deck plans. I am wondering if the layout is slightly different.

A Disney rep claimed this sailing was sold out. I guess we will see when we get there. Sorry I don't know the answer to the layout of the room. From the deck plan it looks like it will have a different layout.

Congrats KB and Norma On your upgrade!!! We will be there also. We have a cat.6 but our friends are hoping for an upgrade. They booked an 11.

I forgot to answer the question about children. 7 yr old son and a 3 yr old daughter.

According to the "noisy room" list on www.dcltribute.com ,both 2143 and 2153 can be noisy. As Dave points out on the site, "your mileage may vary", so what would be noisy to some, may not be noisy to you.

I think we can handle the noise...living on a very busy street during rush hour. I am happy with Deck 2 also and its location to restaurants. I had also read that Deck 2 is ideal b/c you can walk the whole ship to get to a specific area.

Now if Ican figure out how to get myDD to stay happily at Flounders Reef???
