pyramid2000, if you do try RCCL you can give us a full report! There's no harm in HEARING about other cruise lines.....even if everyone is a DCL die-hard! A cruise is a cruise & I'm sure you'd have a great time with your mom and sis.

I'm so excited! I just had to tell you that I just bought my new cruising shoes! I got myself some bright yellow crocs. Seems to me that I've seen someone else on the Magic with bright yellow-slipper-like shoes on.....OH WAIT, I KNOW! MICKEY!!! HA! Yes. I've officially purchased my very own "Mickey shoes" They truely are weird looking...but I love the way they feel. I've been wearing my first pair a lot & I can't wait to cruise with them!

Ok, I know they're just shoes...but I knew you guys would appreciate my reasons for buying them. The big question is, who is going to join me? C'mon I know one of you is tempted to buy Mickey shoes!

DD and I got those last summer (mine powder blue and hers purple) and they are awesome comfortable shoes....i do like your idea of mickey yellow how cute!
we've mostly been concentrating on our WDW trip this summer.....but I'm still scouring websites for info and keeping a file on everything

Re Desserts: On the Aug. Repo last year they had the most awesome Pecan Pie in Topsiders!! I was hording slices in our cabin fridge to eat for breakfast the next morning - it was that good!

Creme Brulee' in Tritons is darn good, too!

Hey Western Washington Dis'ers, have ya'll decided to do a mini meet anytime in June, I will be out there the weekend of the 15th and there abouts. Staying in Eatonville and that area. We could possibly meet up somewhere?

I forgot!LOL

I was busy trying to get a Grand Gathering put together! Did it thru MS and they were great! What should have taken up to 3 business days................took 3 hours! They definately went beyond!



We'll be doing the Safari Experience. Can't wait!

Ok, so you bought YELLOW! I get enough ribbing from my bright pink ones! Can't wait to see how they react to yellow!

Since I'm taking DD out today to find her Grad Dress.............I'll add Yellow Crocs to my list!

Is anyone else doing the transfers through DCL? I understand it is 100.00. I had not thought about getting from the airport to the ship in Barcelona. I guess I had better research that a little better. Any suggestions?

I still have not found anyone doing the transfers. How is everyone getting to the ship or am I planning way to sooooon?

We are just going to take a taxi. The port is only about 7 miles from the airport. I figure a taxi will be cheaper then what Disney is charging.

this is prob.a stoopid question, but I'll ask anyway....I automatically chose the transfers but now we don't want them.....do I just call DCL and tell them to take them off? We are going wa y ahead of cruise and will probably stay in barcelona a few days before trip and just taxi it also.thx!
