It's literally been years since I've listened to AM/FM stations. We have SiriusXM and they've already switched their 40's Junction station to Christmas music. They usually have a couple of other stations play Christmas music, but I'm not quite ready for it. I like to keep my holidays separate. Pretty soon, though, people will be greeting each other with "Happy Hallowthanksmas!"

…and none of the Christmas stations in my area have turned back to regular programming!!! The grinch couldn’t come in today!

Unfortunately for Raleigh, Orlando and Tampa… their stations flipped back…

Also got word that one of the two stations in New Orleans didn’t flip cold turkey… also San Antonio, Minneapolis and West Palm Beach are still up and running…

I don’t even know what my local radio stations are anymore. When the formats of WBLS, WPLJ, and WNEW changed so did I.
I only listen to WNYC and NPR nowadays with YouTube filling the hole.

I have no idea what's going on with the Chicago radio station that plays Christmas music, because I've flipped. No more Christmas music for me until the day after Thanksgiving 2026. My DH has to still listen to it at work until the middle of January, but he mentally tunes it out. The only place that I want to listen to and sing Christmas music now is at church.

The epiphany isn't until January 6th and Orthodox Christmas January 7th. Remember the 12 days of Christmas START on Christmas Day.
I will be interested to see if the grocery store manages to keep Egg Nog in stock thru New Year's Day. We have a pretty big Orthodox community here, and they get up set when Egg Nog is gone before THEIR Christmas.
